How do I order the boxes ?

Very Easy ! You can order securely online 24/7.
You simply select how many Box Packages you require and add to your cart.
Fill in the invoicing/delivery and payment information and press send.
And if that’s too hard, feel free to contact us on 0411 144 134 and we can take your order over the phone.

What if I need to extend my hire term?

Not a problem !
Please call us in this instance because on occasions all our Moving Boxes can be Pre Booked for other clients moving requirements.

Can I return my hire items early?

Yes of course you can !
Just let us know and we can arrange a pick from your new location.

Can I take my crates and hired items to regional WA or interstate?

No, unfortunately not.
Brandon’s Moving Boxes only services the Perth Local Metro Area.

Can I pick up instead of having my order delivered?

We include a delivery free as part of our Moving Boxes services.
Brandon’s favourite part of his day is getting in his van to deliver your boxes straight to your door !

What if my hired items are damaged, go missing or are stolen?

Unfortunately if items are either damaged or go missing, you will be invoiced and be required to pay the value of the missing or damaged items.
If you could please make sure you let us know if there are any damages to boxes prior to us picking them up from you, that would be just wonderful .

Do I need to be at home to receive my Moving Boxes ?

Yes Please !
A signature and providing a photo identification will be required and sighted upon delivery of the Brandon’s Moving Boxes.
Both you and Brandon need to be protected to ensure and acknowledge that your items have been delivered to the correct address and to the right person.

Who is Brandon?

Brandon is a young man living with Autism, who after completing school began looking for employment opportunities.

After being unable to find a job that could accommodate his special needs, with help of his Mum Simone, started a small paper shredding business called Brandon’s Shredding Boxes.

This business offers various sized bins ( he calls Boxes ) to homes and businesses. The boxes are used for discarded office paper that had previously gone into their regular bins and was not recycled. Many of these businesses did not have a recycling programme or alternatively those that did, shred their own documents and found it very time consuming. All of the paper which Brandon shreds is recycled and turned back into paper products !

So we discovered a perfect match between what Brandon was capable of doing and the community out there who wanted to support Disabilities and invest in their own Recycling Program.

Our number 1 request from customers was do you offer your Boxes for moving and packing use ?

Brandon, who is our Environmentalist Superhero, has taken the initiative to offer boxes that can be used in such a way. 

A Brandon’s Moving Box will replace cardboard boxes which are expensive to purchase, extremely flimsy and not so easy to be reused and recycled and thus less environmentally friendly.

After each use and upon return to Brandon’s Bunker, each moving box is cleaned and sterilised to be used once again for his next client.

Once again Brandon puts into practice the notion that we can Save our Planet by working together to Recycle and Reuse.

Brandon is proof that an individual who is living with a Disability can still contribute to society and give back to the Community in a positive way.
